ROI - Is It Simply Adding Value?

Return On Investment differs for each client, as to what that return is, the level of return required and where that return will take them next. However, is ROI always about the figures?


On a commercial level, Yes. Each business needs to be viable, the associated risks calculated and the buy-back figures tallied up. Whilst the clients define the business need it is our responsibility to create a concept that is standout from competitors, enjoys high marketability and presents a sustainable future.


From a residential stance, realistic figures are key but there is much more to a client’s home than the final market value. Emotional endeavour and pride come in to play. Guiding a design that balances these factors and produces a unique end result requires time, skill and experience.


So whilst successful schemes always provide a level of ROI, sometimes the added value isn’t purely measured financially…
